Mr. Khanal is a former Secretary to the Government of Nepal with over 30 years of distinguished service in public administration, security, and development sectors. He currently serves as CEO of Nepal Warehousing Company Ltd. and is a Public Director at Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd. He previously led CEAPRED as Executive Director and has held key leadership roles in the Ministries of Agriculture, Industry, Defense, and the Office of the Prime Minister. Mr. Khanal holds an MBA from India and a PG Diploma in Strategic Defense Studies from China, with rich experience in policy, governance, national security, and agricultural development.
